I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Hi! I recently switched to a new employer, who promised in writing on email that they’d start my GC process right after I complete 3 months with the firm. I’m currently on the 4th month and the process has not yet begun.
Please note that I have to give a couple of exams/certifications, one of which I failed very recently. This is keeping me from asking my employer about the GC process. Am I being irrational? Any advice or help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
