I've been offered 75% hike but I would get the offer letter only after the BGC. Did I screw up ? or will they ignore the extra 2 months?... Please suggest

For anyone who is burnt out and looking to leave big law and go to a midsize, do your research. I was one of those people and I can tell you the grass is NOT greener on the other side. It’s a myth. In retrospect, I should’ve stayed and set better boundaries and not have taken this 35% pay cut.
