With more flexible working post covid (which is now disappearing slowly), people were dining out on weekdays more often.

Did you change your dining habits when stuff just wasn't that 9-5?

Not really. I think everything is pretty much the same. Maybe I make easier to prepare meals during the week.

Nah not really. My eating habits remained the same as far as how often I order out or get doordash. I wouldn't say I do it more now than I did before Covid.I really try not to eat out more than twice in one week. I usually stay pretty consisent with that.

Had a scratchy throat yesterday that has since gone, low grade fever all day today (99-99.9). Have felt off and spacey today, and had a headache which went away after taking Advil. Anyone have advice for how to cope until I know exactly what’s going on with me? I feel like this stress isn’t good for my immune system.

Covid has been hard. March 2029- December 2020 I drank a lot to cope without realizing it. January- March I didn't realize I was depressed. March I came to terms with increase and ongoing suicidal ideation and needed help.

I went into a intensive outpatient program (IOP) which has been super helpful.

During the beginning of covid I drank every day and in a great deal. January it was a "dry" month which was hard the first week but overall great.

March 2021 realized I'm clinically depressed.

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school.
