From personal experience I wouldn’t wine about one instance. Keep detailed records quietly to yourself. You need a long history of the behavior to bring it to HR or leadership. Truth is agencies don’t like when things like this are brought to them without solid proof because they are required by law to investigate and it rarely ends in a termination because the employee can easily counter sue for being terminated without tangible evidence. Don’t be surprised if you end up on a lay-off list shortly after coming forward. Agencies care about their reputation no matter which party threatens to jeopardize it to a point where it could reach existing or former clients. Good luck!
