Some programs I have found in my initial research are offered by Johns Hopkins, MGH Institute, University of Rochester, and Columbia. What are your thoughts on online vs. in-person? Do you think that the name of the place you completed the courses at plays a role in your consideration as an applicant to graduate programs?

Guilt and shame about working in a legal position for years where, instead of using my law degree (was supposed to do legal work per the job posting), I served as a personal assistant to my boss/did nothing for maybe half the time. I feel like I was paid for work I didn't do. I've since left that job but the guilt and shame remains. I feel that I lack the character of a lawyer and that I am unworthy of the profession. I don't know how to make up for the lost years or how to forgive myself.

If I am searching for an external audit position as a senior associate in public accounting particularly in the healthcare industry what is a competitive wage? I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Let’s see who remembers their MPRE. Just found a position at my dream firm I would like to interview for; however, I was also just placed on a deal where dream firm is the opposite counsel. Which do you use (if any estate planning) and why? Recently talked with a layer on getting a will and they are trying to steer me to a trust.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time?
