Hey guys! I just received luckily enough two offer from two big companies: one as a Senior UX in SAP Concur and another one at Microsoft as a Designer II in Microsoft Teams. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department.
