Working at a startup vs. an established F500 (or any public company). Which do you like better and why?

Have a family so I’m more of an established company kind of guy. Startups are too risky at this stage of my life.

I worked for a startup and it was a total blast until it shut down and that was no fun at all. At the time I was young enough that I could sort of roll along with it. But I'd never get into that position again. If you're young and can handle some risk, working at a startup can be a great learning experience. And you'll come away with some good stories. But the risk is really something to consider.

I’d go for the F500 and push for RSUs.

For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….
