Would an A2 with 1.5 YOE be considered for a senior role in FDD? I’m rated highly and feel like I have good technical skills but don’t have experience in-charging an engagement and would ideally stay another year in audit to become more comfortable in a senior role. However, I know that I want to switch to FDD eventually and should probably take advantage of the current market.

What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. I've worked for the past 3 years in a practice that is heavily consulting based (inbound and outbound structuring) and I feel like I'm only just starting to understand the foundational concepts (where I can explain them clearly to clients) and offering a shred of value.
