Would love to hear where you think I’m at in the interview process?
I had the initial screening with their internal recruiter. The second interview was with the VP of sales. The third interview was a panel interview with 4 people: SVP of Growth, the VP of Business Insights their Senior Director of Sales, and the VP of Sales . I was initially told the next step was a soft offer, and then a conversation with the CEO. I now have an interview with the Chief Commercial Officer. What do y’all think?

I had a second round(which was a final round as well) of an interview couple of days back. But yet to receive any feedback on it. Normally how much time hr team takes for a revert? Waiting makes me feel anxious.

I interviewed at Amazon for a PM role in Dec. 2020 and was ultimely rejected. I was told I have to wait a year to reapply. Fast forward to June 2022, another recruiter reaches out to me re: a PM role. I pass the screening interview, and move on to the virtual on site interview stage. I randomly get a call from the recruiter telling me there is now a TWO YEAR reapply policy in place so I'm not eligible to interview for any PM roles until Dec. 2022. Anyone ever heard of this policy? Seems strange

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.
