I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Part time? As in you quit your full time role and then do an internship (essentially)?
I would consider it if it paid enough to pay my bills and it's a reputable firm. If you don't get a full time offer, you could go back for an MBA afterwards, get another buy side internship between years and graduate with good experience. The real question is: if they can't offer me a full time gig now, why do I think they'll be able to offer it later?
Part time as in lobby security???
