There has to be other stuff like less work, more benefits, etc.
You should try finding smth with higher base or better reasons to leave. Do not settle just because you want to get out of your current job. Saying this based on my own experience where I went for higher bonus but the same base to leave public at manager level.
If money is your only reason to leave, no.
If the other benefits make up for it yes. I recently left EY for a role in industry. Base comp was only slightly more, bonus potential is about double so overall comp is more but the work and stress is way less. Have not had a single regret.
The other benefits aren’t as good either. 401k less, no HSA contribution, 7 holidays and 15 days of vacation…. I think now I take around 40 days between holidays and vacation. Really want to give me firm the big ol🖕🏾tho lol
Nope
No, not unless you have a reason to go like a toxic work environment. That is not enough money to make a move and learn a whole new job....atleast in my opinion.
What about $30k?
