My firm is looking to learn about best strategies and best supports for colleagues who are WFH with kids. Please respond with ideas, frustrations, anything you’ve learned. My kids are teens, so I’m humbled by how much I’ve forgotten about daily life with littler ones and desperate to learn from those in the trenches now.

Anyone else get frustrated when the partner brags about their billable hour amount for the month? Like congrats, you get to bill .2 for each piece of mail.
