Will an offer made in paper by one organization get revoked if a counter offer from other organisation is submitted to negotiate a better salary?
Also need an advice on should i submit the counter offer even if i prefer the first organisation only to improve the salary which is less as offered now?

How is work life balance for Manager role and what is the salary band for Manager position?

I asked for a raise in April 2022 after three years with my company. Positive feedback since day one. Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. I’ve been asked to provide examples how my role has changed since I started to justify the increase. Is this normal? Or is this just their way of denying my request?

Has this ever occurred to anyone, after declining the offer as politely as I can through a proper email..the hr called almost 10 -12 times while I was in a meeting..could not receive then...after I called.. he went on convincing and later on started arguing...I said a no..and gave reasons for not joining..he was trying to make me feel guilty for not joining their company..his arguments were not ending..had to again say a no and disconnect...I never had such an experience in my life...

Last week on Friday, I have given Hexaware interview and just after the first round of interview with the client and the manager ( 3 people in the interview panel) , I got the congratulations mail that I have cleared the interview process . After doing all these,on Monday Hr called me to inform my offer letter is in progress.But then I got a rejection mail ,and after that Hr stopped picking my call .. @Hexaware
