Bain & Company I have a second round with Bain & Company coming up at the DC office for Experienced Consultant role. Excited, but hella nervous. Recruiter said it’d be 3 separate interviews, all with Partners; 2 case, 1 fit. About 40 mins each. First round was 2 case interviews with Sr. manager & Associate Partner. Been a rough year, so definitely looking forward to this opportunity. I’ve been on the site and going through preparation and materials. Any advice or suggestions welcomed!

You don't have to like them -- just make sure they like you. :)
I've also found that what ever glimpse of crazy you see in an interview you need to multiply by 10 to determine what the person is really like
I hardly chat with the person I report to.
This happened to me once. I shrugged it off and thought I could manage it because the money was too good to turn down. Ended up being the worst year of my life.
The worst thing ever, more powerful than any salary or title, is a boss you hate! Not totally sure how you'd know from an interview but there is 100% truth to the saying people don't leave jobs, they leave bad bosses
I agree with @havas1 - just don't do it.
Yes. And I took the job anyway because I was desperate. Never ever ever again!
Well, the one boss I've had in my life I've hated with all my being was the one I wanted to work for during the interview process! So, it can be very misleading sometimes
