You really have to be a dog out there in the job market rn. Case in point—I applied for a role 5 times (same/similar role in different locations), got rejected in workday by whatever random recruiter looked at my resume. It wasn’t until I got in touch with several hiring managers directly that they looked at my resume and pushed me through to an interview…lesson: don’t let a rejection by a recruiter get you down. Follow up, network aggressively but politely, and try to target decision makers :)

Interviewing for a director level position in one location but there is a senior director level position that fits my skill set in another office location.
