Question for this group if anyone has gone to industry/knows the comp scale. My client (large pharma) wants me to apply for a new digital product manager role they have available. They are asking 10 yrs experience, global team.
I’m up for promo to SM this year so would have to be a good offer to consider the move. What would be a reasonable total comp expectation?

What kind of base salary can a senior manager (career level 6) based in NYC expect doing Technology consulting with Salesforce delivery projects? For those outside of Accenture, if you are familiar with our career system, how much would similar “senior managers” make at your consulting firm if they live in NYC or other tier 1 city also doing Salesforce delivery?
