I am SC2 with Deloitte and thinking if it makes sense to make this move?

Also how much time does it take to go from M to SM??

Happy Saturday folks! Anyone have thoughts on comp for Senior Manager of pricing strategy at Salesforce? Will be receiving my offer next week. Curious about typical base, sign on bonus, and RSUs. I've been told performance bonus is (up to) 15%. I have two other offers, one of which is a director or pricing position with base close to $200k, 12% perf bonus, no RSUs.

What’s the typical / good exit comp for an SM at a big 4 (financial services)? On track to be partner this year or next. Got an offer at 700K.. My question is purely on compensation - no other factors..

Would you consider taking a step back at another big 4 (e.g. Director/Senior Manager --> Manager) if you still got a good salary bump and were transitioning into a new service that better aligns with what you what to do in the long run (i.e. Ops Transformation --> Strategy)?

What is the senior manager comp ceiling at Deloitte? West coast if it matters.

SC at D up for M this year. Offered an SC role at a smaller firm with a significant salary bump. I probably won’t see this kind of base salary until I’d hit SM. I know it’s ultimately my decision... but crowdsourcing the value of M title from B4 for better exit opportunities

question for the strategy& organisation strat group: i have 6 years of experience in org transformation, change and project mgmt, and pursuing masters (non mba)- would you suggest applying for senior associate or senior manager? there’s no manager role open and i would like to build my network but i also think i’m overqualified for SA and slightly under qualified for SM. suggestions? could i negotiate SA comp competitively?

Hello I'm currently a Consultant in my second year at Accenture. Prior to that I had 10 years in industry. I had an initial conversation with TCS regarding an Industry Advisor position. Second interview scheduled for this week. I currently have a comp of 120, told them I'd be looking at 160 which was not an issue..

Considering an offer as Director of Finance Transformation for small biotech firm. Currently Manager at 182k base plus 10ish% target bonus. Offer is $30k sign on, $75k RSUs (3 year vest) $205 base plus 25% target bonus plus up to additional $50k RSUs annually. Looking at another year to year and half promo to SM. I have to be an idiot not to take this right? Any issue with getting this many RSUs? Any advice would be appreciated.

For context, I was up for promo last year but it was rescinded due to covid. SC promotion is “all but guaranteed” this cycle 🙄. I’m looking to go back to Consulting at SM level. How much of my non-vested RSU can I expect to be covered in sign-on bonus? I have currently $50K that is being vested next year January 1st? Would any consulting firm match that using the sign-on bonus? Or am I being unrealistic?
