How do I ask for a salary increase when I’ve worked for less than a year? New incoming analysts are getting paid about 10k more than my current comp. My mentor who’s a senior manager even knows that my cohort is being underpaid....

I am weighing my options here
1. Option 1: Join the industry at a Senior Manager position in a mid sized med device company in it's 5th year under a PE firm (mention this as there is a potential that it may be sold). Spoke to the Senior Director and it's going to be a clean slate. Need to build things ground up. My base salary falls by 10k. Bonus component is very promising and everyone told me that the bonus payout has been great

2. Option 2: stay with PwC. Take the additional 10k cntd...

What’s the salary range for an Accenture senior associate for a functional SAP consultant? Around 4 YOE

I have 2 offers:

One is in internal audit, $89k (middle of pay grade), 10-17% annual bonus, around 40 hrs a week and rarely any overtime.

The other is a senior accountant role, $86k (high end of pay grade), 10% annual bonus, 40 hrs a week except for period closings (45-50hrs).

I have worked in RE brokerage for ~3yrs. I was offered a role as a senior analyst at a smaller RE PE shop in DC ($125k all-in). Is this salary low? Also, will going to a smaller shop hurt my chances if I eventually want to work at a bigger PE firm?
