Fishbowl users report solution architect salaries are in the range of $120K-$200K plus stock. Salary range highly depends levelling and on industry, with tech companies raising the average range.
Working as a Principal at Slalom Consulting, 2 YOE, strictly Salesforce. My prior 10+ YOE is tech consulting/digital mktg outside of Salesforce. I'm happy with comp, projects, coworkers, etc. Salesforce is recruiting me for a solution architect role in CSG. After talking to 2 recruiters, job sounds identical to my current role. Outside of equity, is there a compelling reason to consider Salesforce? I think the equity would be nice but travel also seems more likely postCovid. Thanks!

Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?
