I’m starting to feel like my entire day is just one long chain of emails and back-to-back Zoom calls. Last week alone, I had 27 client emails to respond to and 14 Zoom meetings—by Friday, I couldn’t even remember what was discussed in half of them! I’m constantly on edge, double-checking my inbox or Slack, terrified I’ve missed something critical. It’s exhausting, and I know I can’t keep this pace forever without burning out. How do you manage your day in a role like this? Any time-management hacks or strategies that have genuinely helped you stay on top of things and maintain your sanity? I’m all ears!

I’ve been debating a career move and can’t stop wondering: is it better to be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big one? Right now, I’m at a boutique agency where I manage 12 clients, make $82k, and have a lot of influence over strategy. But I’m eyeing a role at a big-name firm where I’d manage just 3 accounts—but it’s a more junior title and a lateral move salary-wise. On one hand, the smaller pond gives me visibility and control, but the bigger company could open doors later. Have you faced this dilemma? What did you choose, and how did it work out?

Have you ever hit full-on burnout, like the kind that goes beyond stress and starts showing up physically? A couple of months ago, I was so overwhelmed with my accounts that I wasn’t sleeping, my chest felt tight constantly, and I even started getting migraines. I knew I needed to take a step back, but breaking the cycle felt impossible when deadlines didn’t stop. I’ve been trying to prioritize small things—like walks at lunch and actually logging off at a reasonable hour—but it’s a work in progress. Have you ever dealt with this? How did you pull yourself out of it? Would love to hear your tips.
