Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

In theory, account is supposed to be the central hub that has a finger on all parts of any project/campaign, so it's normal to be involved in all the different departments. What happens is that teams are never properly staffed, so account usually has to pick up the slack. It's a real thing, but it's usually indicative of a poorly resourced team.
I've actually gone into illustrator, indesign, and photoshop. And I can make minor fixes to email and banner code.

I'm guessing there was probably a time when companies had a lot of talent onboard and everyone could stay in their lane. Now with everyone fixated on cutting costs, there are just going to be situations where you have to jump in to be jack of all trades. I'm not sure that's ever going to change, it seems like Wall Street analysts want to hear about companies that are lean and mean, and that means people have to improvise and pitch in as situations arise.
This is why I switched to creative. Account was impossible.
