Got H1B approved this year. Planning to visit home country (China) and get the visa stamping. Can I work from China while I’m abroad to get the visa stamping? I’m planning to leave for a week (cont’)

Just sharing! Landed in offer at AWS over five weeks ago and still waiting on a visa transfer update from US CIS. So many work updates from other folks in these five weeks moving in and out while I am unable to share an update with my folks or celebrate in anticipation of the final approval of the petition. Trying to stay calm and collected, but sometimes it takes a toll

Currently working in Arizona hybrid under my H1B status. My company is also located in AZ. I mostly do not need to go into office unless needed. Currently I’m planning to relocate to California for 2 months temporarily. My director is concern is this is going to affect my visa status. Does anyone have advice ?

New offer. What does this mean?: “Policy is that we don’t consider the green card until someone is at 2.5 years prior to the last extended date on their current visa.”

Do Amex provide relocation expenses ?

I have a client (employer) that wishes to hire a worker that is currently in an H2B visa. Two questions: 1. Do I use the same 9142B to apply for the change of employer, and 2) because it is a change and extension (he is on year 2) it won’t count against the quota?

Any AmEx Marketing connections here? Saw some recent postings with their marketing team that I’m interested in but would love any intel working in-house there.

I have offers from Amex and GS with similar Fixed component but the joining date of GS is two months after my last day in the current organization whereas Amex joining date is immediate. Should I wait for GS date or go ahead with Amex?

Worked for 10.5yrs in Infy Package is 11L and now I have an offer from Enquero(Genpact) for 20L and as a counteroffer from Infy:- 40% hike + Canada visa or 70% hike

Please suggest which will be better for the long term for Testing(Automation/Manual)

I'll be moving out to San Diego for a few months and wont have a car, can I get around downtown without one? Also, what areas within downtown are safe?

I like to apply for Product Manager roles at Amazon since I like the role. I have done front office CRM (SAP) implementations for Fortune50 clients through Accenture.
It is more of sitting with users to understand their process and map it to CRM suite and build additional features to map their specific processes.
I have also worked on sales, BD and functional spec creation for new features.
Can I count these as Product Management experience while applying for Amazon or other Faangmula?
