Have to do a strategy assignment as part of hiring process - how much work is expected here? I'm approaching it like I'd approach a briefing for a creative team so a long thought out inspiring explanation of insight and strategy. Is that about what's expected?

Which position will be more interesting? Cybersecurity Sr. Associate - Regulatory or Cyber Defense -Senior Associate Network Security? Currently have CISA and CISSP.

I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software). Cleared first round and my on-site is next week. It just came to my notice something about visa sponsorship in JD. It states “This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.” I have H1B but I would need H1b transfer and GC sponsorship. Can anyone help me out here.
