MBB 🐟 does your firm sponsor MBAs for lateral hires (post MBA role like Associate/Consultant)?

Hello!
I am a student currently pursuing my masters degree at Ecole Polytechnique Federale De Lausanne (EPFL) in Management, Technology, and Entrepreneurship.
I have applied to an internship as an Associate Consultant at Bain&Company’s Dubai offices but I didn’t get any reply regarding my application while everyone else has.
Does anyone have any idea as to why this might have happened or who i can contact regarding that?
Also, can anyone help with a referral?

MBB Associate / Consultant (4 YOE, 2 post MBA) in India. Spent 2 years at my firm and would make manager / PL end of next year. Have an offer for an 'Analyst' role in Amsterdam for a large consumer goods company's strategy team. The company's great but the role is entry level, which is a little annoying. Any thoughts? Definitely want to exit ASAP and talking to a few other companies - all for Manager level roles. The hook here is Amsterdam + the brand.

Taking a step down from manager at big 4 to associate consultant at zs, big pay increase ~30 (100k ->130k) but also a double decrease in title. Help me think through this. How much would the title change impact future exit ops considering I already have manager experience?
Think I could ask for consultant title or no dice?

Reason for leaving is more consistent exposure to strategy work at zs, higher comp and what seems like higher annual comp growth.

Does anyone have any insight into work at BCS (Associate Consultant/ Consultant)? Had a couple of recruiters reach out about roles, looks like they’re actively hiring.

Should I put my consulting title on my resume or use the role I had on my projects?

For example, instead of "Associate Consultant", should I describe my title as "Delivery Lead" as this is the role I have played on most of my projects?

Feeling confused: I interviewed for a position at a large well-know firm, 6 rounds of interviews (Final with Director), then they called to negotiate salary and said they would like to make me an offer, 2 weeks of silence, now I get an email saying they want me to do an additional interview with an associate consultant at the company.... are they buying time? Not showing promotions on LinkedIn/Resume - seems like this is a thing, where I see people being promoted to manager suddenly not list der Associate/Consultant time separately anymore. Guessing the reason is to bluff and claim new position for a longer duration. Here’s the Q: Do employers reveal when the latest promotion was achieved in background checks?
