Interviewing at PwC. Is it normal for a SA role (internal services) to have a salary of 70-75k?

How is it working as an EHR implementation consultant, specifically Oracle Cerner? Is this a good position to bridge the gap before moving to a more technical role?

Currently an SC in a solid niche with a developed skill set but find myself quickly losing interest with the work. I understand usually people wait until M for best exit ops - is holding out for 2 years worth it? Trying to gauge the difference.

We’ve been going back and forward and after taking some time off and thinking about it, I am not interested in the salary they are offering. Most importantly that I do not want to burn any bridges especially the director of that department is my friend sister. The position is in industry and not consulting. TIA

Need career advice. Please! Worked several years at a T2 and focused on a specific industry. Joined a boutique. Realized I am bored by this industry. Ie no Industry exit, no interest in continuing doing consulting for this industry. Would like to work for supranational governmental organizations or as diplomat. Very long shot I know. Hence my question: Is there a consulting firm specializing on these kind of clients? Any other ideas how to make such a move (no overlap with my current work).

How do you know when the next move is right? I don’t like my current position at all, I have an offer from a smaller healthcare focused consulting firm doing ERP implementation. I have no idea what I want my next job to be, it sounds interesting enough but I’m unsure if I’m just hopping from one bad positon to another I won’t like.

Really curious: Does anyone know what’s the history behind the huge gap between Big 4 jobs in the US and in Europe? While it seems it’s a prestigious job with good pay in the US, over here in Europe their bar for hiring is rather low and the pay is really uncompetitive (not speaking of the strategy arms like EYP or Strategy&)
Edit: I am not comparing US salary to Europe but comparing the two jobs within the county/continent with other alternatives of the candidates + the reputation

If the longterm goal is to get into real strategy consulting ie. MBB, T2, would it be better to start at a smaller ~T4-5 firm in their digital arm or an internal role at a Fortune 500 bank after UG?

Background: I'm with the company for 1.5 years. My ratings are 2 (last year) and 3 (this year). I've been reaching out to get more work since this summer with no success. The team has been hiring aggressively (~ 5 times bigger since I joined). They let go two SM recently.
My situation: I had conversations with my PM, partner, and resource planning manager telling them explicitly that there hasn't been enough work and I feel disengaged. A month later (now) I got a PIP. What's your advice?
