What is a Senior - ll role looks like in Deloitte USI? Can someone share their experience?

Currently working at EY and recently promoted Senior looking to switch into a Business Transformation consulting role. Could anyone provide some insights on the day to day, as we as the interview process? Thank you very much.

Curious what the average salary is for Practice Manager is out there, and if I’m being paid appropriately. I’m a current Practice Manager in the Chicagoland area. I have 5.5 years of healthcare experience, 4 years as a Practice Manager. I have an additional 3 years experience as an Executive Director for a non-profit. I also have a Masters in Public Health.

What do people use for writing samples? I’m 5 years out of school and a job posting asked for a writing sample. My law school sample is 7 years old and unrelated to my area of practice, and I don’t think I can use anything from my current work due to the confidential nature. Do people just make up a writing topic and write about it?

Hi Miami 🐠 Can you please share your thoughts on what would be good walkable neighborhoods that are within 30-45 minutes away from the airport, either Miami or Ft. Lauderdale? We are a married couple no kids in our mid-20s, and prefer relaxed lifestyle brunch spots / coffee shops over bars and clubs. Currently a Manager at Accenture in Public Sector. Living in a progressive US city with a few direct flights to Europe, but definitely not New York or DC. PhD in public affairs. Actually I'm on the hiring roster for a P3 role at the UN.

Considering some life choices that would keep me living where I am though. Debating if this would kill hope of global work.

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?
