What are the amazon levels for security? SM with 13 YOE. I applied for principal. Recruiter emailed and said the position was filled and asked if I would be interested in a senior consultant role. I don’t care so much about title. More on salary. EU based if it matters.

Going through the interview process for Lead Field SE potentially Principal SE with a referral at Salesforce. Tier 2 city. Trying to have some numbers in my head for compensation. Base 160-170 bonus 40-50k RSU 50k. Does this sound reasonable or could I potentially negotiate more?

ZS people, Is it normal to go through the process there without actually having a case interview (C role)? I have my third interview and recruiter said this would be the final, for a C role and I have already talked to a M and another P and this one is with a P too. Role is for C that works on one of their products(could this be potentially non client facing? Principal I talked who leads the product to said that it is client facing). Recruiter set expectation of salary about 165k base.

In the process for a non-tech Principal Program Manager role in AWS (HR-related). I’m currently an M3 at Deloitte up for promo to SM in PY22. I was recruited for this role and I feel like I know very little about Amazon’s comp strategy outside the basics found on the interwebs. I’m pretty sure this is an L7 role. Hi ZSers, I recently interviewed at ZS for the BTSA role on 18th Feb. The final round went well from what I feel. I know 7 people who were recently hired for the same role at ZS. They all told me that they got the call from the principal the next day itself saying that they were hired. Now, that I didn't get the call the next day, I'm very anxious and can't stop thinking about the outcome. Can anyone else who works at ZS confirm if the principal everytime calls in 1 day or it may take more time

Yesterday I had an interview with a large firm. Principal role. Met with hiring exec. Went 2x as long as scheduled. Felt comfy. Fingers crossed.
