In low COL cities, what can a MBB AP/Principal level expect to make in total compensation at a F500 Strategy role?

Exiting from MBB to Salesforce, have contract negotiation coming up, but no idea what to expect / demand. 7+ YoE (5+ @ MBB) and would be promoted to principal in ~3 months. What TCO / position level should I aim for? It’s SF-based and at the intersection of strategy & large sales deals

Fielding an offer for Associate Principal role at IQVIA, in their Product and Portfolio Strategy team. Current offer is at $200k. Is this consistent with typical pay in IQVIA at that level? Thanks in advance!

Leaving as a second year Principal, looking at jobs in tech. Have a software background before consulting. Is it reasonable to expect $300k+ in cash comp (salary plus bonus) in a product role?

Very close to making principal with a top tier consulting firm (6-8 months). Have received a good offer from industry in their strategy team. It's definitely a bit of a step down in terms of where I am today and future revenues. I really liked the role and people though. I want a more balanced life (family, social, sports) and know enough that it's not possible in our profession.

Recruiter from Amazon reached out for a phone screen for a L7 role st Amazon - Principal Product Manager, Technical. I'm a first year M and have been in consulting mostly. I do have the technical expertise the role requires but no product management experience per se. Think L7 at Amazon for me is a reach. My concern is if I interview and fail, I will be barred from interviewing from another role for 6 to 12 months. Should I give it a shot or save my chance for something more realistic (e.g. L6)?
