I got offered 72 from del federal for consultant. Avoid them if u can, ur worth way more than that. They also have some bs policy where they can't give more than 6-8% of ur current salary. DONT think about lying, they will call ur hr dept and confirm ur salary when u accept the offer. Try commercial, you'll get 90-110k easy since ur prob coming from a competitor.
Yea Deloitte kinda screws exp hires in Fed. Campus hires can get like 72 there
60-65 is my guess
Fed pays less than commercial. Go commercial if you can. Even Deloitte Advisory would pay more than that.
Trust me, keep applying around...don't settle. 75k might sound like a lot, but once u make that and u find out what ur really worth you'll be mad at urself. 2 years consulting experience, I know that's what most firms looks for for senior consultant roles and you'll make 110-120 easily. I wish somebody told me this when I was interviewing around.
Try getting into Deloitte consulting (higher salaries)
^yes
Got offered 85 by Deloitte Federal last March. BS structural engineering, 4 years industry experience at the time. The partner who offered me the job just joined my group at PwC.
Yeah I think businessinsider put PwC and Deloitte campus hires at low 70's in January.
Yes. Human capital, technology, and S&O. S&O and parts of HC pay very well if you have the right credentials. Senior consultants can make between 130-160 based on degree, previous experience, technical skills
That's what the recruiter told me, maybe he was wrong. But when I told him I was weary about their background check bc I didn't want them reaching out to my employer until I left, he told me to give them 2 recent pay stubs and they wouldn't need to.
Can anyone confirm campus hire pay for Deloitte? 72 is more than an experience hire

@D4 it's what I got for tech when I started. It does depend on if you are coming from a target school though or not. Non target is 64 I believe
@Deloitte4, depends on the practice and your degree.
