Just pierced my ear (I’m a dude) and I’m heading out to my company’s HQ in two weeks (I’m remote) and even though I almost never care what people think I’m a little nervous to see if anyone freaks out that their GC has an earring.

Hi, I was recently fired from my job (wasn't a great fit for the role) and I've been job hunting for the past two weeks. I mostly have government audit experience. I'm interested in public accounting. I've applied for some experienced associate roles online but haven't heard anything back regarding these applications or got an auto-reject email.

I have my 150 and passed the CPA exam. I'm interested in audit roles, either remote or hybrid to DC or Boston. LMK if your firm is hiring!

Currently I am working as a automation tester and have 4.3 yrs of exp in globant. But due to return to office, I resigned from globant. I have few offers from telus(permanent WFH), Zs associates (WFO), Hughes Systique(WFO).
The location is Delhi ncr. And CTC is also nearly same(20lpa).
For telus, the shift is 1-10pm. anyone suggest which one to choose?

Which HR specialties or roles have a greater likelihood of staying completely remote. Asking cuz I don’t wanna return to the office and I’m willing to get certifications and additional training to position myself

I am trying to research a company that provides a virtual workshop for employees/companies and discusses remote work and tips and tricks on how to work in a virtual work environment. I thought it would be a great team building exercise!

Turned down a 20k salary increase at a new job to take the offer that paid less, but was full time remote. I don’t think folks forcing people back in-office realize how much some of us value not having a 2-3 hour daily commute to the office. More lost time with my kids is not worth the extra money.

Any remote PMs out there that are taking on a salary PM side gig? Wondering how you picked and how you balanced workload with primary job.

1. Do they give wfh for initial 3 to 4 months of joining or strictly it is wfo 2days/week
2. Any short term or long term onsite opportunity possible?
3. How about work life balance and job security?
4. How about hikes and incentives?
5. Virtual onboarding or direct onboarding?

Please someone reply to these questions, since I have to make decisions based on the answers.

So this is interesting…I applied for a position and reached out to some higher up execs, mangers, etc…got an email from one of them saying, “I’m not looking too good reaching out to so many people”. Lesson learned, but really I just wanted to network and be competitive for this remote job that was posted all over the United States. Was I wrong?

YOE: 4 years in Enterprise Account Management and 6 years in Customer Service. Totally 10 years.

Anyone has any idea about Shell Recharge company?
It is subsidised company of Shell and all the policies of shell is applied to shell recharge as per HR.
As in India, there are around 100 employees, hence bit confused whether to join or not.

They are providing permanent WFH and alternative Friday off.

Any advice on how to transition from patient care into a WFH position. I really desire to do something different. I’m an outside the box thinker. I problem solving, figuring out things. My thoughts were case manager, utilization review but without any of that experience I’m unsure. Any suggestions?
