Are supply chain roles mostly remote?

I used to work from home. I got a new job that requires me to go into the office. I love the job and the people I work with. There’s great energy and opportunities. But, the drive to the new job takes over an hour, and traffic is nuts. What are some tricks or tips to keep your sanity when driving to work? I hate traffic and it feels like such a waste of time. I listen to lots of podcasts, but I’m starting to get very bored of them. What do you all do?

Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

ERP Jr Project Manager here. How likely can I find 100% remote jobs in the future with at least 2 YOE under my belt coupled with technical & management skills? Also, are there a good market for freelancers in the PM industry?

Interviewing for a remote property adjuster position at USAA. Anyone know what this positions pay band starts and ends at roughly? I like the work life balance they offer and hard stance on no overtime/weekends. However, I’m a little concerned they’re trying to low ball me hard.

When working for a company and a manager says you better be glad you WFH as a way to express themselves for paying a lower pay. Isn’t this considered some form of discrimination?
