Looking at taking an SM role with Crowe because it’s a huge title and salary bump (going from a IC in tech to SM). I want to stay for two years or so and jump. Open to consulting and non-consulting but looking to see the exit opps as an SM after 2-3 years, specifically in the Tech Due Diligence / PE side of things. Is it possible to go into a Director level at B4 or higher paying F500 VP role?

I don’t want take a worse WLB if there are no exit upsides long term.

My question is about case interview preparation, I have been mainly practicing candidate-led style so far and don't have much info about interviewer-led approach that McK utilizes.
