Offer 1: Atos Syntel - 30 LPA (28 fixed) - Project: Student Loan Company in the UK. This is a hybrid work model.
Offer 2: AmphaTech Systems - 30 LPA (all fixed) - Project: First Abu Dhabi Bank. This is a small company and is fully remote.
Has anyone worked at these companies and can share their experience? What are the pros and cons of each? Any insights highly appreciated 🙏

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. I think I’m doing great, but that depends on the day and who I work with (no other writers by the way).

Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
