Just made a career pivot and accepted a job with Progressive in sales. I’ve heard more good things than bad about the company. I turned down Liberty and Allstate so I’m hoping I made the right choice. Curious if anyone works there can offer their opinion about what it’s like working for Progressive.

I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.

He called me unprofessional and said you could have informed. I know I am at fault as well as the offer was released on Monday.

Sort of feeling guilt now, anyways to overcome this?

I have graduated in Mechanical engineering in Nov 2019. I have worked as Quality supervisor in rubber manufacturing company for few months. Pandemic crises hit them to shut down company. Since i have been in international BPO as Pre Auth analyst for 19 months. Finding some new job to start my career.
I am certified in Solidworks essential products developing .
Please prefer some great ideas and referrals if possible.
