Does anyone in the UK use Haye Grades and know the salary range for a grade 20?

I’ve 3 years of sales experience in retail ( reached 90k over target) and 2 years of digital marketing experience, I love selling and building connections with people, I want to join a Saas company and work as a SDR but keeping getting rejected due to the fact that I’ve no saas selling experience. I love to learn! Is there any recommended courses or anything I can do to get my foot in the door?

Hello! Will be receiving a $400 stipend from my new org for office setup. I currently have a 15” 2015 Pro, my husband has a Lenovo, I’ll be provided with a work laptop, we have a used office desk.

Any recommendations on what I should use the stipend for? Hubby was suggesting a printer because we don’t currently have one, but I feel like I don’t really print that much anymore and I’ll be working remotely.

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

Has anyone went from saas to benefit consulting? How was that transition? Was it worth it? I hear in benefits you get a book with recurring revenue.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

Go for a perm position for a large manufacturing company recruiting assemblers and Machinsts in aerospace. 70k

Or

Temporary contract with the government recruiting for various low skilled work with higher than average wages. Min 82k with possibility of extension

If your employer mandated you need to come in 5 days a week would you consider quitting? My situation is I live in my geographical territory and the office is 45 minutes away. No performance issues at quota consistently.

10 years sales experience selling eyewear to eye doctors. If I were to transition to tech would I have to start as a BDM? I think that would be a pay cut for me. Thanks

I understand its lp focused, im just curious if ppl used examples outside of their resume for majority of their stories.

Hey everyone! I’m a couple months in of trying to find a SDR role. Does anyone have any advice for interviews or just to stand out from the crowd? Any advice would be much appreciated!

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

Have a lay-off meeting lined up, and now look for next opportunity. My background is around building machine learning models, data wrangling, visualization, feel confident with python. Open to any industry. Appreciate any lead on job opportunity. 3yrs of work experience

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.

Moving to Bay Area from NY, office in Sunnyvale. Good places to find apartments when you dont have a car and can walk down to places to eat, coffee etc. Any insights will be helpful. Thanks!

Working in KGS, Is Work from office Mandatory for Advisory Consulting? I saw several posts below for 1 April but there is no mail around it. The only mail is about 1st March returning to office. Should I plan to relocate to base location by 1st March?

Can someone tell me if a HRBP III is more senior level than a HRBP I? I’ve never really dealt with those titles so I am a little confused!
