Currently, we're using JazzHR for our ATS and importing new hires in ADP WorkForce Now, our HRIS and where we run payroll. JazzHR has been great, and ADP has mostly been a pain. We're also using Concur for expenses. Just did a demo with Paycom and was generally really pleased, except the ATS which seems really bare bones compared to JazzHR. Is it worth trading the ease and functionality of our standalone ATS to get an all-in-one solution?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a list broker? I am trying to find a legitimate vendor and I can’t seem to find one that doesn’t seem to be run out of a seedy back room.

This is coming from the perspective that champions are undervalued and the economic buyer in a F500 company does not usually speak with vendors. The market here is developer tooling. Curious to hear thoughts as many sales leaders use MEDDIC as an inspection tool to manage sales reps with little practical value for deals.

HELP: I have been a TA for 5 yrs, and prior my role was HR/recruiter.I have tried to get out of TA and move into HR but I am having a difficult time.
