Will Workday be more or less relevant to you in a few years? My org is looking at adopting Workday for HR and some FP&A purposes. We try to be a forward looking org and only adopt things that will be relevant a few years down the road. We've heard mixed things about Workday and I just want to hear from those that use it what you think. Will it be more or less relevant to your org a few years from now?

My leadership of a startup in California is very anti-COVID restrictions and has recently said that they want to force employees to come into the office, no exceptions, even though our County is still in the highest restriction level. None of our roles require anyone to be in the office to complete their responsibilities. They also don't want to follow guidelines (like masks), but I think they'd be willing to somewhat if they were forcing people in. Anyone have advice here and how you are supporting leadership through this? I don't know of any fines related to bucking the restrictions. I do know about the mandatory reporting implemented by Gov. Newsom, but that's extent of it. How are you handling this at your company?

I am wrking w/ a predominately all male creative/account team out of a diff office. They all seem really tight knit, & Obvi have side convos going during zooms. I tried to join in on the jokes once & it felt like dead weight...I’m starting to feel really self conscious about myself all around. Have not felt so insecure in awhile. Any advice on how to combat this? It’s just an awful feeling, but also very foreign. It could be a culture thing too. Team is across 3 different US cities offices.
