For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

Do you say “remuneration” in place of Compensation or in place of Total Rewards? For some reason I thought it was more related to TR and both Comp and Remuneration were used globally.

Hi all, debating whether to apply to MBA this year or next. I’m an Asian female, 330 GRE, 3.65 GPA in economics from a T10 undergrad. Any attorneys out there practicing dependency and adoption law? I practice in PA but I’d love to hear from child and youth advocates in different jurisdictions about your best practices. I’d also love to hear from managers in this field how best to support and train new attorneys with the challenges of representing kids who are abused and neglected. Thanks!
