Hey all! Has anyone ever heard of people using an offer from another firm to get a promotion or progression and 30-40% raise at EY? Pros/cons?

Curious- do PwC and EY have similar coaching structure as D in which you check in regularly with this person and your coach is the one advocating for you during promotion?
