I'm having trouble. I have a client who is going from a climbing company, to a fitness company. They have a product that lets them expand from where they are. I am failing to sell them on the importance of strategy and taking a step back. Honestly, I don't even know that I'm sold on it. But I feel like it's important. Anyone have ideas on how to argue for this? Happy to share more info

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? Might be a stretch but thought it might be worth mentioning.

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

Can someone tell me if a HRBP III is more senior level than a HRBP I? I’ve never really dealt with those titles so I am a little confused!

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). How do you cook chicken breast so it stays juicy? Also how do you warm up leftover chicken so it stays juicy so you can cook less frequently? When I make chicken it is so dry and tastes terrible warmed up.

Do you have advice for making industry connections as a fairly anti-social introvert?

Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4).
