So I signed the green card application with a big4 in 2017, with a clause about giving the cost associated with filling the application back if I leave early.
I left earlier this year(without getting the gc, my 140 is approved) and just got an email from HR asking for the money back. Do I need to pay it back? Should i lawyer up?Deloitte KPMG PwC… more
A Big4 approached me with an opportunity. I am currently working on H-1B. Why would a company request to login to portal and submit all my documents before the interview and offer?
I am hesitant and do not want to share my educational documents, passport, visa and pay stubs.

Further context, last time she applied she didn’t get through because of her visa status. She got picked in the H1b lottery this time so things are different Anyone willing to refer?Deloitte EY… more
Does KPMG still accept H1B transfer?
Does anyone here know any of Big 4 or any other company can do internal transfer to their firm in another country due to visa issues? I've been told Deliotte doesn't do it. I'm willing to change company as I'm left with only one shot at H1-B now and would like join a company which can do internal transfer easily! FYI, I'm from Development side.

I have around 10 years experience in IT industry, mainly on QA automation. I have experience with PwC and Deloitte in the USA.
My I797 expired, however I have 10 months remaining on initial 6 year period. I’m looking for opportunities in US for getting H1B/L1. I’m open for positions in India initially as well. I’m well versed with Salesforce too. Any suggestions are really appreciated Accenture PwC EY… more

What’s the new ITRA manager salary at EY in NYC?
Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks
