There is very little that makes me cringe as much as hearing the word “networking”. Why do we still label events with this word? I would be much more likely to show up to virtual happy hours or virtual game nights than a virtual networking event.

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. I also have my AWS Cloud Practitioner Cert, hoping to eventually get the Data Analytics Cert later. I have been selected for Consultant position for Mastercard. Its been 10 days since I have submitted my documents.
HR called once last week for salary negotiation but hasn’t called back since.

Should i be worried?

I want a review for netcracker. Have an offer from mastercard 30.8 L (28 fixed and 2.8 variable) +1 L bonus
And Netcracker offering 32fixed in along with free transport and food coupans. Also told they are working on latest tech stack
Mastercard is not ready to revise offer
