How do you handle it when you notice differences in attorney billing styles, without throwing someone (billing much more per task) under the bus? I want to bring it up with partner but unsure if/how.

Do you think resume past behaviour is really a predator for future behaviour ? To me there has to be more psychological statistic on this to ring true as all work variable differ for each workplace, including performance expectations, tasks and evaluations.

The problem with diversity is they focus on a quota rather than changing the culture of marginalized groups in the office. So often people speak over me, take credit for my ideas... and it's accepted.

We are a private venture-back company that’s targeting IPO next year. I am trying to update our option guidelines of which employee levels should have an option on how many shares. Need help assess an offer from #PwC. Director of M&A IT (DDV - Deliver Deal Value). The offer has base salary (based on cohort - Tier 3 Home City) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the annual bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I would like that now (written format). She told me verbally the percentages but I do not recall them. Anyone from #PwC has that info in a PDF document?
