Hi all , I need advice, i was always with my family till now, now i moved to Bangalore for another job with not much higher salary but it's a product based company my first company was service based and i was doing wfh.., i am an introvert and very sensitive , it's just one day my family went back to north india and i am feeling very emotional now.... Please guide me on how to handle this situation , I have no friends here and it's very hard for me to initiate communication with others

Align to non-M&A offering but do a lot of work in the space (DD, integrations). B4 recruiter reached out and wants me to provide resume@for review with hiring partner. Does it work if I provide a bio with summary of M&A projects (client names removed) instead of a traditional resume? Also plan to list education and previous roles.

Does EY GDS and EY Global have separate sets of clients or does GDS aide Global in its operations ? I have an SAP offer from GDS but worried if I'll actually get any direct client exposure.

One suggestion, we had new team build 2 years back. All persons have left , only I am left with current project. even I resigned in Dec but got retained.
Now complete team left and I am only left in project as not getting much motivation to work on . Working as Project lead currently

have any (females) dealt with imposter syndrome in a male dominated sport? i just started jiu jitsu at a really great academy but for some of the classes I’m the only girl and it’s a little intimidating. i feel like i don’t belong/deserve to be there. the guys are all super nice, so it’s nothing against them, i just get in my head a lot about it.

Any favorite recommendations for training videos (tricks, etc)? Given that we’re in the deep freeze for another week or two, I’m inclined to train more these days than do long walks.
