Received below Offer from TCS for the System Engineer role.
Currently working in Wipro Ltd as WIMS student ( 4 years of M.Tech program and I think which is not valid master degree)
Current In-hand stipend is 23k+ shift bonus(4k). No PF deduction etc.
Now I'm in last year in this program and I got this offer from TCS.
Current role in Wipro is Windows Administration (AD,SCCM L1)
New role in TCS is Virtualisation and Azure Administration.
What would be the in-hand salary and is it worth joining?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
