If i accept 25+Lpa Package from a startup now, where I can move in next 4 to 5 yrs , which companies will compensate this above avg package numbers except MAANG. Is it wise decision to accept 25+LPA package for long term perspective .

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.
