Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

I am sticking around and looking. So far, I’m not seeing many opportunities that would be worth it to jump ship, hence the sticking around part.
I’ve been getting e few recruiter calls but then gets silent after that. Currently I’ve been waiting a week for the recruiter to get back to me about a time to schedule an interview with the manager. Maybe this is a red flag
1.5% is a bit low but not totally out of the ordinary. Most companies do 2-3%. That’s normal.
5% is still not a lot in my opinion. With inflation and rising cost of living 5% doesn’t really cut it
2.5% for me this year. That isn't keeping pace with inflation either, but I guess it's still better than 1.5%. I'm actively searching for a better job. My chances of getting a meaningful raise or promotion next year are slim to none.
I was denied promotion and I’m skeptical about next year. I’ve reduced my spending a lot
I got 2%.
Of course our stock is up 125% so the money’s there.
Yep, RSUs make up a not small part of my total comp. Two of the grants (from 2024) have a basis of ~$80 and the stock is currently trading at over $300. Base, bonus, and equity grants in ‘24 were $495k. Looking at well over $500k this year. I hold equity for at least a year so those numbers aren’t take home pay. They are however why we have a nice little portfolio.
In in Enterprise SW. RevOps in particular. The sales guys are brining home 7 figures.
