what is op dd? What kind of topics are op dd involved? I have only done cdd. Stay >1.5yrs and then jump

funny

1 year of experience is kind of light but it’s good experience. I think after another year, you’ll get more interest for Corp jobs

You could get an analyst role with that level of experience. Start applying. But you'll take a pay cut most likely.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

Or is it more engineering?

I’ve been doing ID for about 2 years now. Mostly slip and fall and WC work. Long-term, I want to move out of ID. I’m currently interviewing at a firm that does ID, but mostly does insurance coverage opinions. They also do some more complex ID, such as L&E.

With the ultimate goal of moving completely out of ID, would this be seen as a step up? I appreciate any and all feedback. TIA
