Some of the meeting s happened already. However, counselors are mot supposed to communicate yet. Sometimes ratings still get adjusted based on distribution well after couselor leaves the consensus meeting.
D16 huge difference from two. Especially the bonus. The cost of not getting the top rating is too high. The bonus percentage when you get a 1 is amazing. 2 is pretty good but it's a drop from 1. 3 is a very big drop. You know how important a top rating is once you realize how much you lose in bonus because you got a 3 and not a 2.
Metrics don't matter-- how much koolaid you can drink while smile does, bruh.
How do you know your YE at this time?
That's why I left Deloitte. Consistent 2's & 3's on PE's on a huge client. +100% utilization. No applause awards and a year-end 3. Fuck you Uncle D.
Getting a 3 on a PE explains it. Never got a 3 PE in 4 years. It's about quality not quantity bruh.

What type of PRD? Hours dont really mean anything when it comes to PRD (unless embarrassingly low)

That meritocracy is why all the good talent leaves after reaching manager level and the leftovers are who make up the senior manager pool

Responding to a few of the threads here: 1) Federal piloted a new program this year that doesn't have ratings but yet somehow we figure out who are the top, next level, middle, and worst performers, 2) for everyone else, consensus is still going on, so unless your counselor is a PPD on the panel, they really won't know your rating and it was dumb that they told you already, 3) with a 2 and a 3 on you PEs, unless you had just incredible extracurriculars, you are a 3 candidate. Not cut and dry but SO many folks have all 2 PEs and 4) D12s comment on "meritocracy" ... Seems like someone maybe hasn't performed but expects a trophy anyway. Out.
What is PRD?
What were your ratings on your PEs? Your client work and the due diligence your counselor performs are way more important than # of hours spent on client work or PRD
So you're not supposed to know but you do already anyway
PRD is all about impact. And yes, PE rating would be interesting. Can you let us know?
