Some of the meeting s happened already. However, counselors are mot supposed to communicate yet. Sometimes ratings still get adjusted based on distribution well after couselor leaves the consensus meeting.

like

D16 huge difference from two. Especially the bonus. The cost of not getting the top rating is too high. The bonus percentage when you get a 1 is amazing. 2 is pretty good but it's a drop from 1. 3 is a very big drop. You know how important a top rating is once you realize how much you lose in bonus because you got a 3 and not a 2.

At this point nobody knows any ratings. The ratings decided in the meetings are not final and change more often than you might think.

like

^ Probably nobody getting adjusted upwards after these meetings though

like

D15 or people that are on the project less than 5 weeks

like

They had consensus already just haven't been given the green light

Also, are the 105% adjusted utilization? Your 200 hrs PRD sound like that is something you counted into an adjusted utilization of 105%

Hahahaaha 💩💩💩💩 eat shit dude

But yes S&O meetings happened for SC and below. So your counselor knows your rating (not suppose to tell you though until June)

Hm had year end discussion with counselor

This year Deloitte did NOT have a rating 3, 2, or 1. How do you know that you have a 3?

Deloitte still has ratings, and they haven't changed.

They have segregated in three performance categories. Top, Middle and Low. They do not call it 1,2,3. Let's all talk the same language

Deloitte advisory doesn't communicate the rating to the employees anymore. I'm sure there is still an internal rating system partners have access to

Is 3 bad? Big difference from 2?

3 is what you give so-so people

Ah - Consulting still is rating.

Consulting still has ratings. And overall... If you have 1 3 on a PE expect to get a YE 3. It's just how it works in this meritocracy

Meh if we are talking a couple of grands

That's why you should move to EY!

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB.
